The 6th Rhine-Main Universities Day

Join us for the 6th Rhine-Main Universities Day on 27 November 2024 on the campus of Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz! We will kick off the event at 1 pm. This year, the Rhine-Main Universities Day will focus on the RMU’s joint proposal as a consortium in the Excellence Strategy of the German federal and state governments.

In the afternoon, we will hold workshops where you can discuss the key ideas of the excellence project with the other workshop participants. In the evening, join us for some fun at the Science Contest, where RMU researchers will provide entertaining answers on fascinating current issues. Dr. med. Florence Randrianarisoa, presenter of the TV science program “Quarks” (WDR), will be our host for the day.
